Situated in the heart of Eastleigh Town Centre; walking distance to Eastleigh Train Station and just a 5 minute drive from Southampton Airport and Southampton Parkway Station our building and facilities make an ideal venue to hold your special event, performance or conference.

We are also just 60 miles south west of London, close to the cities of Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth and easily accessible by road, accessed by both the M3 and M27 motorway, so all your guests should be able to get to us easily.

We have a range of spaces available for hire and some very popular outdoor spaces, including a beautiful roof terrace, which makes a perfect breakout space overlooking the park and also our Garden Stage which allows delegates the opportunity to sit outside and have a breath of fresh air inbetween sessions. 

Wireless internet access is available in all meeting rooms and areas of The Point and our wonderful Cafe Bar can provide various catering options to meet your requirements including refreshments, hot and cold buffets and canapes.

A range of audio visual equipment can be provided for all spaces and professional theatre lighting and sound can be used to meet your needs when using the theatre and studio theatre.
