Situated in Eastleigh’s beautifully renovated former
town hall, The Point is a unique venue that offers clean, stylish
spaces that are full of character and creativity.

In addiction to the following four spaces, The
Point also has a stunning roof
terrace that overlooks the park, providing
the perfect break-out area to the Conference Room and a
delightful entertaining space. The contemporary, light filled
atrium is often home to the Point's latest
exhibition and is the permanent home of Carole Waller's glass
artwork 'Journey' which was commissioned especially for the space
by The Point and award winning television and theatre director
Lawrence Till. This space is ideal for netweorking and entertaining
and a great place to sample The Point's Cafe Bar catering.

meeting room hire below. Also note that all meeting spaces are
fully accessible and have ample natural light and a black-out
facility. Wireless internet access is available
in all areas of The Point and our wonderful Cafe Bar can
provide various catering options to meet your requirements
including refreshments, hot and cold buffets and canapes.
A range of audio visual equipment can be provided for all spaces
and professional theatre lighting and sound can be used to meet
your needs when using the theatre and studio theatre.
Conference Room
The Point’s bright and
spacious conference room can accomodate up to 40 people in
theatre style or 25 people in boardroom configuration.
The Conference Room measures 6.5m by 6.5m
Irving
Room
The comfortable Irving Room can accomodate meetings of up to 30
people in theatre style or 20 boardroom configuration..
The Irving Room measures 7.5m by 4.5m
Theatre
The theatre offers flexible seating
which allows you to either flat floor the space with round
tables and chairs for up to 110 or offer tiered theatre seating for
up to 312 delegates, making it the perfect space for a conference
or even a dinner and dance.
The auditorium measures 13.5m by 15.5m
The stage area is a maximum width of 12.5m, maxiumum depth of
10.1m, maximum proscenium opening of 10.4m, maximum working height
of 5.5m.
Studio Theatre
The intimate Studio Theatre can accomadate up
to 50 people theatre style or 20 people classroom style.
Perfect for meetings, presentations, receptions and
smaller conferences.
The Studio Theatre measures 8m by 8m
