Wednesdays 12.15pm – 1.15pm

A well rounded yoga practice with emphasis on the physical asanas (postures) and movement as well as breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Regular yoga practice can help improve strength, flexibility and balance as well as promoting a sense of well-being for both the body and the mind. Modifications and alternatives are given. The class style will vary and will quite often include flowing sequences so the ability to get up and down from the floor is essential.

Price: £7 Pay as you go or £30 for five class *Loyalty Pass.
