An energizing yoga class to warm up, open and balance the body.

Vinyasa yoga incorporates flowing asanas to tone the body and increase the range of movement, improve balance, general agility and coordination.

This is a high energy class, suitable for those with more yoga experience.


For the past 10 years alongside her dance career, KJ Mortimer has developed a love for Yoga. At the beginning of 2017 KJ attained her Ashtanga and Vinyasa teaching qualifications at Sampoorna Yoga, India. KJ loves to share her practice and teach others, she has also had experience in Partner Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and offering her time for kami yoga.

If you have a yoga/exercise mat, please bring it with you. We have Yoga mats here at The Point, which you can rent from KJ directly for £1.00
