A Real Princess

Welsh National Opera

Tuesday 23rd March at 1.30pm

The chorus and orchestra of Welsh National Opera bring this delightful tale to life.

Welsh National Opera return this season with a matinee for children based on the much loved fairytale The Princess and

the Pea by Hans Christian Anderson. The Prince is looking for a real princess to marry. His quest for true love takes him on a

journey across the world but not one of the princesses who he meets is the right one. Fearing he may never meet a real princess, he returns home but soon discovers that the princess of his dreams may be closer to home than he thought and with

the help of a little green pea, he eventually finds her.
