Treat mum to a decadent brunch served with Buck’s Fizz or Bloody Mary in our beautifully refurbished Café Bar foyer, before going on a special tour around The Point theatre. She will love experiencing the magic of going onto stage, and exploring the backstage and dressing room areas.
This lovely experience is also open to groups who aren’t necessarily celebrating Mother’s Day, but are just looking for something interesting to do on a Sunday morning.
On the menu:
French toast bacon sarnie – Maple roast streaky bacon sandwiched between two slices of vanilla spiked French toast, grilled and dusted with confectioners’ sugar.
Eggs benedict/Florentine – Two plump and runny poached eggs, served atop slices of toasted sourdough with ham or spinach and coated in thick, buttery hollandaise sauce.
Smoked salmon fishcake – Two crisp and moist smoked salmon fishcakes, flavoured with lashings of dill, mustard and crème fraiche served on a bed of rocket with lashings of decadent hollandaise.
New York Cheesecake with blueberry coulis – Rich, thick and classic New York cheesecake; creamy vanilla topping coating and thick biscuit base, dusted with icing sugar and drizzled with a tangy blueberry coulis.
Served with Bucks Fizz or Bloody Mary (virgin options available).
