An introduction to acro-balance and devising circus-theatre
In this two hour workshop, you will learn the building blocks of acro-balance; in pairs and groups learning how to support each other's weight, to counterbalance and safely lift each other. There will also be the opportunity to explore how a simple sequence of movements can be transformed into a theatrical narrative.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring water/snacks. Open to all abilities and experience, including those who have never tried anything like this but would like to give it a go. Any questions please get in touch with Grania at email@example.com.
