New for 2020, the Performing Arts Futures Festival is an exciting two day programme of careers experiences to help young people in their transition from education to employment.

Thinking about a career in the arts? Explore your next steps in the industry through a series of practical workshops and creative conversations with arts professionals. Prepare for auditions, gain advice on setting up your own company, discover offstage theatre roles and uncover what arts employers are looking for.

Suitable for those at College, University and beyond.

Secondary Schools

A day designed to support teachers and lecturers to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks and introduce students to a range of potential career paths both on and off-stage including: Musical Theatre Performer; Technician; Choreographer; Designer; Arts Marketer; Musician and more.

This inspiring day of workshops and talks will be curriculum focused and led by industry professionals including well-studied contemporary playwright, Mark Wheeller
