Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Saturdays 9.30am - 3pm (closing times may vary depending on events)
Sundays - one hour before the performance starts.
Concessions and Groups
Unless otherwise stated concessions on our professional and film programme are available for under 16s, full-time students, senior citizens, registered disabled and registered unemployed. We kindly ask that you bring identification. Concessionary prices for community performances may be different. Please check when booking.
*Group Bookings: Buy 10 tickets and get the 11th free when booking for the same performance (available on selected shows).
*Carers: On selected shows we are delighted to offer 1 free ticket to carers to enable disabled visitors to visit The Point.
*Family Friendly: Children are welcome at The Point and each season we commit to programming shows and creative learning sessions that are suitable for all ages. Please ensure children under the age of 10 are accompanied by an adult for all shows. Some professional shows may allow toddlers under 18 months to sit on the parents/carers lap. Please check age restrictions at time of booking.

Reservations, exchanges, returns
We can hold reserved tickets for three working days (21 days for group bookings) after which we will contact you to confirm or release your tickets. Reservations will not be taken 48 hours before a show.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be changed for another performance of the same show incurring an administration fee of £1, (please note there is an additional £1 admin fee if paying by credit or debit card).
We accept payment by cash, cheque, MasterCard or Visa (debit or credit). We also accept The Point and The Berry Theatre gift tokens for sales made in person.
Please note that credit and debit card transactions are subject to a £1 admin fee.

Print at Home Tickets
If you have selected this option your tickets will be delivered as an e-ticket to the email address you have provided. Your e-ticket must be clearly printed or downloaded on a phone or tablet, and presented to our staff upon entry into the theatre. You may be asked for proof of identity to check the validity of the e-ticket. Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket may prevent admittance to the event.
