Box Office Opening Times

Our Box Office phones will be open 9am – 2pm Monday – Saturday. On event days we will re-open at 6pm.

The building will open 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday.

Concessions and Groups

Unless otherwise stated concessions on our professional and film programme are available for:

  • Under 16s
  • Full-time students
  • Over 60s
  • NHS Employees
  • Armed Forces
  • Ex-armed Forces
  • Emergency Services
  • Registered Disabled
  • Registered Unemployed
  • Carers*

*On selected shows we are delighted to offer one free ticket to carers to enable disabled visitors to visit The Point.

We kindly ask that you bring identification. Concessionary prices for community performances may be different. Please check when booking.

Group Bookings

Book 10 tickets and get the 11th free when booking for the same performance. Group tickets are held for no longer than 21 working days after which we will contact you to confirm or release your tickets. Reservations will not be taken 48 hours before a show.

We offer many school offer discounts across our performances please contact the Box Office on 023 8065 2333 for further information.

Discounts apply to selected shows.

Family Friendly

Children are welcome at The Point and each season we commit to having productions and events that are suitable for all ages. Please ensure children are to be accompanied by an adult for all productions and events.

Children should be able to sit, unaided, in their own seat and be attentive to the performance.  Babies in arms, will not be admitted to the auditorium, unless a production is advertised as a family show suitable for young children of that age. Productions/events aimed exclusively at infants and ‘babies in arms’ a ticket will need to be purchased for every child.

If you are ever in doubt please check age restrictions at time of booking with our Box Office staff on 023 8065 2333 as tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.

Management also reserves the right to request that adults leave the auditorium with their children or babies if they are causing a disturbance to performers or to other patrons.

Restoration Levy and booking fee

Over the next six months we will be adding a Restoration Levy of £1 to our ticket prices to help the ongoing programme of maintenance to our theatres. 

We do not charge a booking fee.

Dynamic Ticketing

Certain shows state prices ‘starting from’. We’d like to reward our early bookers – in order for you to take advantage of the best price, be sure to book your tickets early as prices are subject to change according to demand. Look out for the  ticket prices to see which shows are included.


At The Berry Theatre we our gallery seating is slightly restricted view in some areas please speak to the Box Office staff for further information. N row also has a slight restriction of view.

Reservations, exchanges, returns

We can hold reserved tickets for three working days (21 days for group bookings) after which we will contact you to confirm or release your tickets. Reservations will not be taken 48 hours before a show.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be changed for another performance of the same show incurring an administration fee of £1.50.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash, cheque, MasterCard or Visa (debit or credit). We also accept The Point and The Berry Theatre gift tokens for sales which can be made online via your account, in person or over the phone.

Print at Home Tickets

If you have selected this option your tickets will be delivered as an e-ticket to the email address you have provided.  Your e-ticket must be clearly printed or downloaded on a phone or tablet, and presented to our staff upon entry into the theatre.  You may be asked for proof of identity to check the validity of the e-ticket.  Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket may prevent admittance to the event.
