Edinburgh Fringe Festival, arguably the best event in the arts calendar, showcases the most exciting new theatre and comedy from independent companies and artists, as well as more established acts. The festival might be over for another year, but its arts offering certainly isn’t.
This autumn a handful of the festival’s exciting shows from 2018 and years past, come soaring onto our stage, completing the season’s bumper programme of diverse (and must-see) work.

Barely Methodical Troupe presents Shift, 19th and 20th October
If you’re looking for a high-octane evening of daring acrobatics fused with some seriously awe-inspiring circus then look no further than Shift. A delight for audiences of all ages, Barely Methodical Troupe’s previous works Bromance and Kin were Edinburgh smash-hits, proving the collective know how to impress.

Andrew Lawrence presents Clean, 16th November
Stand-up comedian Andrew Lawrence pleased an audience of 250 every night at this year’s Ed Fringe, providing plenty of laughs with the British Comedy Guide’s highly recommended Clean.
Taking a break from controversial comedy, Lawrence’s new stand-up provides audiences with an intelligent hour of witty fun.

A Hundred Different Words for Love by James Rowland, 16th November
James Rowland presents his hilarious and heart-lifting new one-man show in our Studio Theatre this autumn. Following a critically-acclaimed run of his debut show Team Viking in 2016 James returned to the Fringe Festival in August 2017 with A Hundred Different Words for Love. Heralded as a ‘master storyteller’, James explores romance, despair and friendship, in his own unique way.

The Showstoppers present Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, 27th November
