Groups & Educational bookings
Whether you’re organising a family treat or a work social, we will help you have a smooth and easy experience.
Take advantage of discounted ticket prices for groups of 10 or more on selected shows. When booking online your discount will automatically apply, up to 20 tickets can be booked online.
Our friendly Box Office team are also on hand to help manage your booking, arrange payment schedules to suit your needs and give you the chance to get back to your group and see who wants to come, (we can also take individual payments on a group booking).
You can also pre-book your ice creams and save queuing.

Free personal assistant tickets
On selected shows we are delighted to offer a free personal assistant ticket to anyone who needs additional support. To book please call our box office on 023 8065 2333
Your tickets will be delivered as an e-ticket to the email address you have provided. We recommend adding your mobile number to your account so we can also text your tickets the day before.
Your e-ticket does not have to be printed, just show them on your smart device at the Theatre. If you can't find your tickets, they can be downloaded from your account at anytime, just login and click on E-ticket. You may be asked for proof of identity to check the validity of the e-ticket. Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket may prevent admittance to the event.
On selected performances, children under 10 months of age, who are able to sit on a parent/guardian's lap during the performance, can attend for free, otherwise a separate seat is required and standard ticket charges apply, unless otherwise stated.
A Restoration Levy of £1.50 has been added to the ticket prices to help the ongoing programme of maintenance to our theatres and equipment.
We do not charge a booking fee.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, MasterCard or Visa (debit or credit). We also accept The Point and The Berry Theatre gift tokens for sales which can be made online via your account, in person or over the phone.

Reservations, exchanges and returns
We can hold reserved tickets for three working days (21 days for group bookings) after which we will contact you to confirm or release your tickets. Reservations will not be taken 48 hours before a show.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be changed for another performance of the same show incurring an administration fee of £1.50 on the condition that we are contacted at least 48 hours before the performance. In the unlikely event that the performance you have booked for is cancelled or rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid. Full details can be found here: Terms and Conditions.
