Women Leaders South West
We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to provide administrative support for Women Leaders South West (WLSW) – a programme that has recruited 16 women into a new leadership programme working with eight cultural organisations across the south west region. The role will ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the programme and will report to the Business Manager at The Point, Eastleigh as lead partner.
The consortium partners include, Pavilion Dance South West, Strike a Light, The Arts Development Company, Activate Performing Arts, Arts Asia Ltd, Kaleider, Diverse City and Southampton Business School.
This role will provide administrative and project management resource to coordinate this bespoke programme.
- Occurrence: Flexible working between 1-4 days per week based remotely, at The Point and at any one of the Transforming Leadership partners on arrangement with the Lead partner
- Period: Between 1 April 2021 to 30 September 2022
- Total no. of days: Approx. 35
- Total fee: Approx. £5,000
- Expenses: £ travel and subsistence
- Equipment: Laptop available for the duration of the project, contribution to mobile costs (to be agreed), flexible workstation
- Review/probation: Initial probation August 2021 followed by six-monthly review

Women Leaders South West

The Women Leaders South West project is run by a group of eight arts organisations and one business school.
The project also involves the WOW Foundation, which is a global movement to celebrate women and girls and take a frank look at the obstacles they face. An Arts Council England Transforming Leadership grant is funding the project.
The WLSW Advisory Panel are Sabeena Akhtar, Maricka Oglesby and Kym Oliver.
