Front of House Assistant
Full time (37 hours per week)
Salary £19,625
The Point and The Berry Theatre are looking for a highly organised Front of House Assistant to join its team. Working across venues in Eastleigh and Hedge End, this is a great opportunity for a motivated enthusiastic team player who possesses a passion for the arts and a positive can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will enthusiasm for helping customers and be interested in working in a creative environment working on both box office and in our bars. The role will work with the Front of House across the borough with focus at The Point, Eastleigh & The Berry, Hedge End and will include evening and weekend working with shifts over a changing 7-day pattern.

Casual Duty Manager
£10.74 per hour
The Point and The Berry Theatre are looking for an experienced, creative individual to manage the busy events across the venues. As Duty Manager you will be passionate about creating an excellent customer experience for our visitors and will be responsible for overseeing operations of the theatres, box office and bar service during events.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills and a proven track record of duty management in a public facing venue.
This role is required to work at The Point, Eastleigh and The Berry Theatre, Hedge End as well as external festival locations across Eastleigh Borough. Hours will involve working to service our theatre programmes, and as such will be predominantly during evening and weekends and on a casual basis.
