An atmospheric evening, enjoying the magic of the movies – and getting you geared up for September’s Eastleigh Film Festival!

Saturday 29th June - A Star is Born (15)

The third remake of the 1937 film stars Bradley Cooper as a hard-drinking musician who falls in love with a talented young singer played by Lady Gaga. It picked up eight nominations at this year's Oscars, winning Best Original Song for "Shallow".


Saturday 6th July - Captain Marvel (12A)

Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) is an extraordinary woman. A legendary Air Force pilot well trained to deal with high-pressure scenarios, but she doesn't realise how essential she is about to become to the people of Earth.


Saturday 13th July - E.T. - The Extra Terrestrial (U)

One of the much-loved classics of all-time and a masterpiece from award-winning filmmaker Steven Spielberg, a lost alien and a lonely ten-year old have their lives changed by a timeless adventure and a friendship that knows no earthly bounds.


Saturday 20th July - The Goonies (12A)

From the imagination of Steven Spielberg, The Goonies plunges a band of misfit kids into a swashbuckling quest to save their neighbourhood from greedy property developers by finding a lost pirate treasure map. A cult classic from start to finish.


Saturday 27th July - Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (PG)

Five years after the events of Mamma Mia!, Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) prepares for the grand reopening of the Hotel Bella Donna as she learns more about her mother Donna's (Meryl Streep, Lily James) past in this musical rom-com featuring more of ABBA's greatest hits.  


Saturday 3rd August - Back to the Future (PG)

In this 1980s sci-fi classic, small-town California teen Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) is thrown back into the 50's when an experiment by his eccentric scientist friend Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) goes awry. Travelling through time in a modified DeLorean, he must make sure that his parents fall in love or he'll cease to exist.
