A 6 week course for Beginners, offering an opportunity to start a Yoga practice.
Starting with breath work pranayama and meditation, this will be a gentle flow class exploring the yoga postures and always ending in a full body relaxation.
The first six weeks will be followed by Beginners Part 2 after May half term should you wish to continue to deepen your practice, or welcoming newcomers who would like to start at the beginning!
For ages 16+
Mats and yoga equipment are provided.
