Yoga For All run by Laura from Pura Vida Wellbeing, is a mixed ability class, offering participants the chance to wake up and shake up on Saturday and Monday mornings and Wednesday lunchtimes.
Classes are designed to help participants adapt from a busy working week - setting you up for the weekend, by rewarding your body for its efforts by stretching and gently tapping into its needs.
Release any tensions you may be holding on to, breathe into the areas in the body that could use some extra attention. Adjust your mindset, and leave with a spring in your step.
Midday Stretch, Wednesdays 12pm - 1pm
Our lunchtime session on Wednesdays are specifically designed for office and home workers who need to take some time out to stretch, recalibrate and then get back to work feeling refreshed and revitalised for the afternoon!
Flexibility will be allowed for those who need to leave a little before the end of the session in order to return to work.

To book any of these sessions, please use the drop down menu via the pink BOOK button on the right hand side of this page. Here you can choose from any date or time slot and add to your basket.
Yoga Pass
Yoga Passes are available to purchase for these classes, giving you six classes for the price of five. The pass can be used across any of the Yoga For All classes - Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays from January 2024 onwards.
The pass will be open to use for 6 months from date of purchase (but is only valid for six sessions at a time).
Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and if you have your own yoga mat please bring this with you. Limited mats will also be provided for those who don't have one.
