Applications may come in the form of no more than 2 sides of A4 or 5 minutes of video / voice note. You may also wish to include a CV / bio alongside your application.
Please send your application to programming@eastleigh.gov.uk with the subject line Associate Artist Application.
We also invite you to send in the completed Equal Opportunities form below with your application, although this is not essential.
