Testimonials
ORB was a massive developmental opportunity for me before entering vocational training. It allowed me the safe space to make new connections through fellow dancers, choreographers, and institutions. As a young man it gave me confidence to express and discover and identity through movement which was not always possible outside of the studio - George Burton. Alumni of Northern School of Contemporary Dance and current company dancer for Verve.
They say that friends are the family we choose for ourselves, and ORB is a true family. We are creative together, support each other and laugh together. I am proud to have been a part of ORB from the start and for all the training and development it has given me. Being part of ORB is what has inspired me to make dance my future career and it all started when I first met Luke in 2015 – Jonah Wigley. Currently training at The Place
ORB is like my second family, creating amazing bonds that will last a lifetime. ORB allows you to express your emotions through beautiful dance pieces whilst encouraging you to develop your strengths and technique - Toby Newell. Currently training at the University of Chichester
I have been a part of ORB for 5 years and it is the reason I am pursuing a career as a choreographer. It has allowed me to develop both my technique and discipline as a dancer and a collaborative artist. ORB encourages individuality and allows me to express ideas and emotions through dance which I didn’t know I could - Jon Rodd. Currently training at The Place
