The Point
The Berry Theatre

Written by Luke Barnes, music by Adam Pleeth
Co-directed by Point Ensemble and BearFace Theatre

A relevant and insightful play which uses monologue, songs and duologues in a magnificent way to explore what stops us being happy and how we might go about tackling those problems.

Brought to you by the Ensemble, a vibrant young cast full of honesty, originality and humour who invite you to come and be part of their SAD CLUB and we can laugh and cry together!

The Sad Club is a new play by Luke Barnes with music by Adam Pleeth, commissioned by the National Theatre for Connections Festival 2024, brought to life by a new generation of theatre-makers from Point Ensemble. Do not miss this exciting piece of contemporary theatre.
