The Point’s Front of House team are celebrating their success at the Visit Eastleigh Customer Experience Awards 2022!
The team, who also work in The Point's sister venue The Berry Theatre in Hedge End, were awarded a Bronze customer service award at the ceremony, which took place in The Point’s main auditorium on Tuesday 8 November.
The award came as a result of a mystery shopper visit to the venue in the last few weeks.
Janice Munday, Front of House Manager said: “We are extremely proud of the whole team, who are delighted to have been recognised in this way. Our team includes a number of passionate young people who have worked hard mastering new skills during what’s been a very busy time for our venue.”
Louisa Milburn, Business Manager, added: “We would also like to send our congratulations to all of the other local businesses who were successful on the night – there’s a brilliant community of people working in Eastleigh.
